2 User Registration

• Users may be required to provide a government-issued ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, or Driving License) for verification.
• A live selfie may be required for facial verification.
• Identity documents are used strictly for verification purposes only and are not stored after verification.
• Users are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information.

3 Identity Verification and Facial Recognition

APOPA (Manshsun Exports) uses facial recognition technology powered by Amazon Web Services (AWS) Rekognition to prevent duplicate registrations and maintain platform integrity.

• Uploaded identity documents and facial images are used only for verification and are not stored after the verification process is completed.
• Only secure facial reference tokens may be retained, which cannot recreate the original image.

4 Purpose of the Platform

• Data analytics and insights across constituencies and regions.
• Demographic and engagement analysis.
• Public participation data collection for research purposes.

5 User Conduct

Users must not misuse the application, including:
