APOPA is a digital survey and engagement platform. Users may activate full access by paying a nominal one-time membership fee of ₹15, processed securely through Razorpay. All financial transactions and money management are the responsibility of Manshsun Exports.

1 Nature of Service

APOPA provides a digital, non-tangible service, where users voluntarily register, verify their identity and gain access to the survey platform. Once registration and membership activation are completed:


2 No Refund Policy

Important — Non-Refundable Membership

All payments made are final and non-refundable. Once a user successfully registers and their membership is activated, no refund requests will be entertained.

3 Duplicate Payments

In case of duplicate transactions due to technical errors, payment gateway issues or multiple charges for the same membership, users may request a refund for the duplicate amount only.

To claim a duplicate refund, provide:

If a payment is deducted but membership is not activated, or the user is not able to access the service, then the amount will either:

If a user believes a transaction was made without their consent, they must notify APOPA within 48 hours of the transaction and provide relevant details for investigation. Manshsun Exports reserves the right to investigate the claim and approve or reject the refund based on the findings.


6 Payment Gateway Disclaimer

APOPA uses secure third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay. While best practices are followed, Manshsun Exports is not responsible for delays or failures caused by:


7 Policy Acceptance

By making a payment on APOPA, users acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to this Refund Policy, including the non-refundable nature of the membership, and that all financial matters are managed by Manshsun Exports.


8 Jurisdiction

This policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to payments, refunds or use of the APOPA platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
